Villa Champak is a 5 bedroom elegant beachfront villa located on beautiful Maenam beac with a crisp modern feel but with just the right amount of Thai influences present to make it belong in the location
Walking through the entrance to Villa Champak brings you into a world where contemporary and traditional designs are blended seamlessly.
Three pavilions form a courtyard around an exquisite saltwater pool which guides your eyes towards the garden, beach and views across to the island of Koh Phangan.
The first pavilion which is at the rear of the courtyard contains two twin bedrooms and a large family bedroom. Each twin room is furnished with teak furniture and has a wall painting above the beds. En-suite bathrooms are fitted with indoor and outdoor showers. The family room comes with a double and two single beds, a leather sofa and again has similar en-suite facilities. All rooms in this pavilion have polished wooden floors.
On the terrace between this pavilion and the pool is an outdoor dining area complete with furniture.
The pavilion to the left of the pool has a fully fitted kitchen which leads into the open plan dining and living areas. The dining room is dominated by an impressive round teak table. And in keeping with the style and quality this room comes with a panelled wall and a vaulted ceiling.
A further bathroom is accessible from the dining area.
The lounge has a very comfortable upholstered suite and a large plasma TV with satellite and CD/DVD player. Doors from the lounge lead through to a sizeable entertainment room with a bar, music system, a dining table and comfortable seating.
The pavilion on the right of the pool has polished wooden floors and comprises of a double bedroom, with an indoor and outdoor bathroom, and the master suite.
The master suite has a teak double bed with a decorative painting above; a TV with satellite and CD/DVD player; and a telephone. Incorporated is a walk-in dressing area that leads into the bathroom. In here you'll find a bathtub, indoor and outdoor shower rooms and twin sinks.
Doors from the bedroom open out onto a further terraced area with contemporary all-weather sun-loungers.
At the end of a pool is the sala complete with a whole range of outdoor furniture, this separates the pool from the lawn garden which has an outdoor shower and a private gated entrance onto the beach.
This is a light, spacious and stylish villa which has flexible accommodation suitable for large families or friends to share and enjoy.

A family of 11 spent 6 days/nights at this (villa) resort. It is a world class resort and very much affordable if you consider that there are 5 separate fully contained rooms. It is tucked away in a quiet beach area. It had all the mod cons including a very good internet connection.Even though there were 11 of us, the configuration of the property gave individuals/couples plenty of privacy. There is a common kitchen/dining/living area separate from the bedrooms. The villa is right on the beach with a separate pool. The highlight for me, in addition to the comforts, was the staff. Rung Champak and her team were always make sure that we were looked after, and always cared about our health and safety. We had a minor problem with one of the power outlets but it was fixed asap. Even though the staff were always there for us, they also respected the privacy of a big family group
CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
The Client must notify the Resort in writing (email acceptable) in case it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking. The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay in the Property
High, Intermediate and Prime Seasons:
Cancellations made more than 90 days before the date of arrival are eligible for a full cash refund.
Cancellations made between 15 - 90 days of the arrival date will be converted into a credit note for up to twelve (12) months from your original arrival date – no cash refund.
Within 14 days of arrival date: All payments will be forfeited.
Christmas and New Year Period:
All payments will be forfeited.

Maenam is a working village with a small choice of restaurants and sports bars but very little tourist shopping.An International Championship golf course with viewpoint restaurant is located in the hills and the beautiful 5km long sandy quiet beach is bordered by a mix of rustic Thai bungalow restaurants, a few hotels and some beautiful luxury villas.
Activities include a watersports centre and a kiddies waterpark can also be found just outside the village. The area is less than 5 minutes to Bophut's Fisherman's village and 20 minutes to lively Chaweng.
