Villa Waterlily is one of our finest high end beachfront villas and this stunning five-bedroom villa will transport you to Bali with its contemporary whitewashed interior, wood carvings and rattan furnishings.
To make the most of the impressive 36 metres of beach frontage, each room is situated around the large L shaped pool, while the spacious grounds feature tropical gardens and a shaded Thai sala on the lawn at the waters edge.
Located on the beautiful Maenam beach this villa offers perfect accommodation for a large family or for a group of friends wanting to relax and enjoy the views of the neighbouring island of Koh Phangan.
The accommodation is spread over 3 pavilions with the first pavilion at the rear of the pool being a bedroom pavilion of 3 twin bedded rooms all with en-suite bathrooms and featuring Bali style indoor/outdoor showers.
There are 2 double bedrooms with king size beds in a poolside pavilion. One of these is a lovely beachfront master suite equipped with a plasma TV/DVD player and a sumptuous dressing room and bathroom with bathtub in addition to the Bali style indoor/outdoor showers.The master bedroom opens out to a terrace furnished with occasional furniture and sun loungers
On the other side of the pool is the living pavilion and the vaulted ceiling and sliding glass doors create a light and airy room with views of the pool and ocean.
This area incorporates a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and lounge with comfortable sofas. Entertainment is provided by a smart TV with satellite television & Netflix subscriptions. There is an additional al fresco dining terrace at the front of the pavilion.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
The client must notify the resort in writing (email acceptable) in case it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking. Such cancellation will take affect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay in the property
High, Intermediate and prime seasons 14 days before arrival date:
Forfeiture of all deposits shall be subject to be credited for 12 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the results reservation department. Such credit can be used by the client or anyone on the clients behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the property initially reserved
Within 14 days of arrival date:
All payments will be forfeited
Maenam is a working village with a small choice of restaurants and sports bars but very little tourist shopping.An International Championship golf course with viewpoint restaurant is located in the hills and the beautiful 5km long sandy quiet beach is bordered by a mix of rustic Thai bungalow restaurants, a few hotels and some beautiful luxury villas.
Activities include a watersports centre and a kiddies waterpark can also be found just outside the village. The area is less than 5 minutes to Bophut's Fisherman's village and 20 minutes to lively Chaweng.
