Large windows flood the room with natural light and the contemporary decor creates a warm, inviting atmosphere and they open on to the pool and decking to the front and the al fresco dining area and BBQ at the rear. 

Inside a lounge area provides comfortable sofas for relaxing and the dining area features a beautiful fusion of modern elegance and traditional craftsmanship, highlighted by the use of Indonesian textiles not only adding depth and warmth to the space but create a rich, inviting atmosphere, connecting guests to the beauty and heritage of the Indonesian archipelago.

The al fresco dining area and BBQ can be found in a courtyard area at the rear of the living room beyond which is a stylish, modern air conditioned entertainment room and bar providing an intimate and relaxed setting for private evenings, family gatherings or drinking a favourite cocktail.

Villa Kayana has 4 luxuriousy appointed bedrooms providing privacy. luxury and comfort. Bedroom 5 is a bunk bedroom ideal for kiddies  alongside bedroom 4

The beautifully designed master bedroom has a king size bed and offers oceanfront elegance and spectacular views and features luxurious materials creating a serene and intimate environment. The private ensuite bathroom features an outdoor free standing bath tub and a double shower surrounded by tropical greenery.

The remaining 4 bedrooms are located in a 2 storey opavilion reached by a pathway between the living room and the master bedroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3  are located on the lower floor separated by stairs leading to the upper floor accommodating bedroom 4 and the bunk bedroom.
