The villa was one of the most wonderful villas I have rented on the island. It consists of three rooms and can be converted into four rooms. The villa is very beautiful and clean and the workers there were very respectful. I thank Jane for providing the services in a professional manner.

Really had an amazing time with my family at Kerem villas. The hospitality is fantastic, the team really goes the extra mile to make sure we have enjoy our stay at their villa. They assisted us with reservations at too resturants and tours. Daily private chef breakfast, waking up to the smell of croissants is mouth watering. Highly recommended!

We had the best four night stay at these villas. The team took care of us so well and really made the start of our holiday so special. The villa itself is fabulous, super clean and very well equipped. Location is perfect and very private. The infinity pool overlooking the sea (no beach) is incredible. We especially appreciated breakfast being prepared for us in the villa each morning. We have been horoughly spoilt. Thank you.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of USD 1,000 will be charged upon arrival. This will cover any damage to the property, its content, or any incidental charges to your villa. Any unused portion of the deposit will be refunded upon departure.

Extra Person Charges: An additional charge of USD 80++ per adult per night and USD 40++ per child per night (ages 5-12 years) will apply - for more than 6 guests in Beach Access Villas and more than 8 guests in Beachfront Villas. Children under 5 years old stay for free. Please let us know the number of guests arriving so we can prepare the villa accordingly.

Quiet Hours: We are located in a quiet gated community, quiet hours must be respected between the hours of 11pm and 6am.
The white soft sands on the west facing unspoiled palm fringed Plai Laem beach stretches for 2 km however the sea is quite shallow and swimming is restricted to just paddling in most places. The popular beach of Choeng Mon with more activity is just a few minutes drive away.
The view from Plai Laem beach is stunning and is one of the best places to see Koh Samui’s amazing sunsets as the sun disappears beyond the sloping hills and north coastline. An ideal place to relax, read a book and enjoy the scenery.
