Villa Solaris is a luxury 3-Bedroom beachfront villa and one of 2 beachfront villas with direct access to a private beach directly from your infinity pool.
The pool and surrounding lounge area are broad and furnished with several sun loungers and a corner bench for sunny afternoons around the pool with family and friends.
As you step inside, you'll be captivated by the large open-concept living space, furnished with imported Italian furniture and appliances.
The expansive indoor-outdoor area is ideal for relaxing and soaking in the stunning views of the infinity pool and the open sea beyond.
The villa has three comfortable-sized bedrooms; each has an ensuite bathroom, an extra-large walk-in rain shower, his and hers sinks, black out curtains, and a large flat-screen TV. The villa is perfect for couples and families.
There is also a movie room that comfortably converts into a fourth bedroom. We can provide up to 2 extra beds for children so the villa can comfortably sleep up to 8 adults with the possible addition of 2 children.
This stunning villa is part of the Kerem Villas complex and offers absolute privacy, seclusion, and uninterrupted 180-degree sea views.
Villa Solaris also offers full access to a private beach, a fully equipped gym, and various luxury facilities including a concierge service, airport shuttle, and breakfast.
The villa is fronted by a decent sized lawn for younger kiddies to play on and a cool sala with sunbeds to sit an enjoy the view. Beyond the lawn are sandy beach areas in between large boulders which protect the villa at high tides. Kayaks are provided for guests use which are shared by the 4 villas

It’s my second stay at Kerem and so happy to be back and to share this experience with my friends this time!
We had a great time at Kerem thanks to Jean and her exceptional team! They took really good care of us.
The villa is so spacious and well-maintained, we were happy to just stay in the villa and enjoy the amazing view! Looking forward to my next visit :)

If you're reading this review - stop, book your stay at Kerem Villas, and then come back to finish reading this review. It's that good. Trust me.
We (family of 5) stayed at Kerem Villas for 7 days and had the time of our lives. The property is absolutely stunning with modern decor, beautiful views, an amazing amount of space and a fantastic pool. We felt as if we were living in our dream home for a week and frankly it's been difficult to come back to our actual home. Everything from the couches to the beds and pillows to the towels made it feel like a truly luxury experience.
- Staff and service: The staff were the most pleasant and helpful people we've encountered on vacation. Jean, the manager, was available day and night for any questions or help that we needed, always had a smile on her face and paid attention to small details to help make our trip feel magical. Pla, our breakfast chef and housekeeper, was sweet, caring, thorough and always made sure to ask what our preferences were and adopted to them. Panu, our driver, was fun, punctual, helpful and available. There's absolutely no need to rent a car on the Island as Panu was more affordable, efficient and fun. And Miriam, one of the property owners, made sure to work with us from pre-booking in order to help us plan our trip to perfection.
- Location: The location is nearby cultural cornerstones like the Big Budda and Fisherman's village, but felt secluded enough to make it truly feel like a getaway. The villas are located in part of a private residence facility with full time security so there's a true sense of calm which is important in a villa setting in a foreign country.
We planned our trip based around chilling at the villa for large chunks of every day, while planning few hour day trips each day, and it exceeded our expectations.
- Food: Breakfast is included and Pla made sure to prepare delicious breakfast that was both adult and kid friendly every morning. There's a full kitchen and nearby markets to stock the fridge and prepare food for lunch or dinner, and we opted to order in dinner most nights. There's also an option to have the staff prepare additional meals but we didn't go that route.
We had a truly magical family vacation and I attribute that completely to Kerem Villas. I cannot recommend staying there any more. Like I said at the top, book now and thank me later.

My wife, niece and I stayed at Kerem Villas as a congratulations gift experience for our niece to celebrate her graduation from college. From A to Z, Kerem Villas and all of the staff were absolutely exceptional. Once I booked, soon thereafter I was contacted by Jean, our villa manager. She was exceptionally polite with prompt and professional communication all the way to our arrival and throughout our stay. I was blown away to see her, along with our two maids/chefs Ann and Kung, and two other staff waiting outside the villa as we pulled up. We were immediately escorted inside our villa and served fresh coconut welcome beverages (so awesome and delicious). Everyone was so polite and our luggage was unloaded from our rental car for us.
Jean gave us a tour of the villa which was squeaky clean, contemporary modern, with impeccable attention to detail everywhere. As for the infinity pool….WOW!!! Full of features, including something my family and I have never seen; tiny, scattered and twinkling LED’s embedded in the grout of the tiles giving a firefly effect once day transitioned to night. Plush, pool-specific towels are readily available pool-side with more available nearby just inside of the picture, sliding doors.
The villa (there are just four total) has a spacious shared kitchen, living, and dining area providing a scenic view through huge, retractable, sliding glass doors past the infinity pool to the turquoise waters of Koh Samui. The three bedrooms have multiple lighting options, comfy beds, ceiling fans, balconies, and baths. There is an additional half-bath off of the main living area. Comfort and luxury abounds here and everywhere. You just have to see and experience the architecture of these villas. They are exquisite!
The location is a bit off the high-tourist areas on the tip of the northern part of the island in a gated villa complex with security providing a superbly quiet, safe, and serene atmosphere (exactly what we hoped for). As I mentioned before, we chose to have our own transportation to explore the island freely, but Kerem Villas will assist with transportation and activities as requested.
Each morning Ann and Kung arrived at the villa, per our request, at 6:30 a.m. sharp, and tidied up the kitchen, living, and dining while we continued to sleep. At approximately 7am, they began preparing our breakfast, Western on the first day, Thai-style the remainder of the days, again per our request. And they were great chefs too! The food was delicious and the presentation fantastic. Also, coffee and tea were prepared for us as per request. Once we were finished, they cleaned up after us and returned the kitchen to its immaculate state before departing. Both returned later at our requested time to clean the bedrooms and any other areas of the villa back to its original appearance. Turn-down service is available and was done for us as well.
Jean recommended some activities on the island for us and we did do zip-lining, the fire show at Coco Tam’s (a must see), Central Samui, and enjoyed Chaweng Beach.
Though our stay was for just a few days, every moment of experience with Kerem Villas and staff was exceptional! Five starts, 10 out of 10! There was nothing to disappoint. Kerem Villas was everything as advertised and more! Our time there, and with the staff, will be a memory we will cherish for life. We all would love, love, love to return again in the future!
To Jean, Ann, and Kung, and all the other staff whose names I don’t know, thank you so much for the greatest of accommodations and service we have ever experienced! Khob kun mak krab!!! You all are so wonderful and you made us feel so welcomed, appreciated, and like family.
For anyone considering a holiday in Koh Samui, I cannot recommend highly enough you consider and stay at Kerem Villas. You will feel like a V.I.P!

The white soft sands on the west facing unspoiled palm fringed Plai Laem beach stretches for 2 km however the sea is quite shallow and swimming is restricted to just paddling in most places. The popular beach of Choeng Mon with more activity is just a few minutes drive away.
The view from Plai Laem beach is stunning and is one of the best places to see Koh Samui’s amazing sunsets as the sun disappears beyond the sloping hills and north coastline. An ideal place to relax, read a book and enjoy the scenery.
