Not only does this Koh Samui holiday villa offer sensational views, it also allows access to the white sands and wonderful swimming conditions of Tongson Bay beach just 250m from the villa along a safe and easily accessible concrete path.
The spacious sun terrace offers sun loungers with lavish soft cushioning and outdoor dining table looking over the 40 sqm infinity swimming pool towards the stunning views. A shady pool-side sala pavilion is the just the place to escape the sun and enjoy the cooling ocean breeze with a chilled refreshment. The built-in gas BBQ is perfect for preparing an evening BBQ and enjoying freshly cooked seafood from the nearby fresh market in Bangrak.
The fully air-conditioned living area offers soft seating, coffee table, Bluetooth wireless audio speaker and Smart TV entertainment system including both Netflix and IPTV channels with interior dining table and guest WC to the rear. The well equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing both light snacks or large family meals.
This level of the villa also accesses the stunning modern master bedroom suite. PAYMENT TERMS Upon confirming the reservation a deposit of 50 % of the total figure is required to secure the booking. The balance of the booking is required 35 days before check-in date. For Last Minute bookings, full payment in local Thai Baht is required before access to the property Payment can be made in GBP and USD by secure online credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) or by bank transfer to our nominated company accounts. Credit card payments in GBP with a UK registered card are Free of Charge. Credit card payments in USD with a non UK registered card a 3% admin fee will apply. Security/damage deposit of 20,000 THB (cash only) is collected at check-in and refunded on check-out. Guests may pay in any equivalent currency. CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that the booking is canceled prior to arrival, we regret that no deposit can be refunded. Once the final balance is received - 4 weeks prior to arrival, the same cancellation conditions as above will apply. If the period of stay has to be shortened the full rental rates will still apply
The white soft sands on the west facing unspoiled palm fringed Plai Laem beach stretches for 2 km however the sea is quite shallow and swimming is restricted to just paddling in most places. The popular beach of Choeng Mon with more activity is just a few minutes drive away.
The view from Plai Laem beach is stunning and is one of the best places to see Koh Samui’s amazing sunsets as the sun disappears beyond the sloping hills and north coastline. An ideal place to relax, read a book and enjoy the scenery.
