Villa Amalie is a modern 5 bedroom hillside villa located in the Bophut area of Koh Samui offering panoramic sea views across Bophut Bay towards Koh Phangan and convenient access to Fisherman’s Village and the airport.
This three level villa provides approximately 400 sqm of living space and includes 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms together with spacious indoor and outdoor living areas designed for comfort and privacy.
The upper floor of the villa features a large open-plan living and dining space with sea views and direct access to the outdoor terrace. The western-style kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, hob, extractor, fridge freezer and dishwasher. One bedroom with ensuite bathroom and bathtub is also located on this level together with a guest bathroom.
Three additional bedrooms are located on the middle level of the villa each offering sea views, fitted wardrobes, television and ensuite bathroom with separate shower. The master bedroom also includes a freestanding bathtub. These bedrooms provide direct access to the pool terrace.
A separate studio apartment is located on the lower level with its own entrance, kitchen area, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower providing additional accommodation privacy within the villa layout.
Outside, the villa features a 9m x 4m saltwater infinity swimming pool with sun terrace, outdoor shower and covered poolside lounge area. An outdoor kitchen and bar area with gas BBQ and sink is located beside the pool together with a rooftop terrace offering sunset views.
Villa Amalie includes daily housekeeping service with bed linen and towels changed every third day. Concierge services are available during guest stays and additional services including breakfast, airport transfers, grocery shopping, private chef service, spa treatments, excursions, transport services and babysitting can be arranged on request at additional cost.
Villa Amalie is located approximately 2km from Fisherman’s Village and Bophut Beach with a range of restaurants, beach clubs and amenities nearby. Samui International Airport is approximately 6km from the villa.

We had such a great stay at this villa, the views were absolutely perfect. The staff were super helpful with anything we needed, which made everything feel really easy and relaxed. The rooms were all beautiful, and we especially loved the pool being salt water.
The only small downside was that the fifth room isn’t connected to the main villa, so it’s a short walk down the hill to get to it. It wasn’t a huge issue for us, but just something to keep in mind depending on your group setup.

I can honestly say that it is a jewel in the crown of our experience in Koh Samui.
The furnishings and villa are scrupulously clean and stunning and the bedding is so cool and comfortable , the luxury pillows are like sleeping on clouds truly exceptional thank you.
The views are stunning and with the infinity pool it is perfection.
Last but certainly not least the friendly service from Aung and his wife was like home from home for us they were like family to us and made such a difference to our overall experience and was a priceless and memorable encounter with two very special people so thankful to have met them.

The villa was perfect in every way. the staff there literally can help you make your vacation dreams come true. any local outing or adventure , they can help make happen. the villa is spotless. clean. amazing views and amenities. beds are heavenly comfy. huge down sofa in the main room as well. so much space to relax and enjoy. the real gem is the staff. they are top top notch. they made our holidays spectacular.

We had a wonderful experience during our recent 10-day stay at the lovely Villa Amalie to celebrate Christmas with our family and friends. What a treat it was! The Villa exudes luxury with its delicate interior, spacious rooms, and a stunning pool with magnificent views. The kitchen and living room are both well-equipped for any culinary adventure, while the bedrooms come with comfortable beds, soft sheets, and good pillows. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, fully stocked with amenities such as bathrobes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, slippers, and soft thick towels.
There are also several fridges for keeping soft drinks and beer cold. The outdoor kitchen by the pool was perfect for preparing evening snacks that we enjoyed in the cozy outdoor sofa area. We were particularly impressed by the attentive and friendly staff who made our stay even more enjoyable. Every afternoon, the beds were made, and the house was cleaned to perfection. We opted for the continental breakfast service, and waking up to fresh coffee and a delicious omelette prepared by the smiling staff was a delightful way to start our day. Nestled up in the hills, the Villa offers a beautiful view over BoPhut. Although the roads are quite steep, we rented our own cars and had no trouble driving, even in heavy rain and wet conditions. The surroundings were ideal for morning power walks, with beautiful flowers, small housing details, great views, and exciting roads to explore. We even had an elephant sanctuary down the road, which was a fantastic place to visit. As this was our first stay on Koh Samui, we truly appreciated the close communication and service-minded care from the hosts.
They provided us with excellent recommendations on places to see, eat, and experience—from luxurious beach clubs to genuine local restaurants. The Villa has many partners and services that the hosts made available to us, making our stay even more memorable. Our private Christmas dinner with Chef Daorung Seeneha was an unforgettable culinary experience. We rented a Catamaran for a day to explore Koh Phangan and enjoyed massages at the Villa several times. Koh Samui has been a delightful new destination for us, and Villa Amalie Samui has been a perfect new acquaintance. We will definitely look forward to coming back sometime in the future.

We stayed for a week with our family group of 10 and we loved it. The villa is well equipped and beautiful. The air conditioned bedrooms were appreciated and very comfortable. We all loved the salt water pool and found it a great place to cool down. We had food delivered to the villa several times which was easy to organise and we barbecued in the outdoor kitchen one night which worked so well. The walk up to the villa is a very steep one. Ang looked after us brilliantly helping us book cars, trips and restaurants and he was on hand whenever we needed advice. The villa was kept clean and tidy by our attentive hosts. We used the villa as a base and had some great days out trying muay Thai boxing, paddle-boarding, snorkeling, trying different restaurants and of course Thai massages. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed in Villa Amalie in January. The villa is amazing with beautiful decor and furniture in every room. Mattresses and bed linen were so comfortable. Stunning seaview over Koh Phangan from the entire villa. We enjoyed the outdoor area with the saltwater pool and the lounge area during daytime and at night. We ordered the welcome package prior to our stay. It was a pleasant start to our holiday. Everyday we had a delicious breakfast made by the villa staff, we loved it. Oddbjørn and the staff were the perfect hosts. They did everything to make our stay the best. I will definitely recommend this villa and would love to come back one day.
PAYMENT TERMS Upon confirming the reservation a deposit of 50 % of the total figure is required to secure the booking. The balance of the booking is required 35 days before check-in date. For Last Minute bookings, full payment in local Thai Baht is required before access to the property Payment can be made in GBP and USD by secure online credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) or by bank transfer to our nominated company accounts. Credit card payments in GBP with a UK registered card are Free of Charge. Credit card payments in USD with a non UK registered card a 3% admin fee will apply. Security/damage deposit of 20,000 THB (cash only) is collected at check-in and refunded on check-out. Guests may pay in any equivalent currency. CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that the booking is canceled prior to arrival, we regret that no deposit can be refunded.
