Ban Kinaree is nestled in the heart of the tranquil Bophut hills, one of our favourite locations on the island and just a 10 minute drive from Fisherman's Village.
This aspect les Ban KKinaree enjoy stunning sunrise and sunset views, as well as the relaxing breeze from the sea. Sprawled across three separate pavilions and levels, this 5-bedroom hillside getaway is an example of the balance of traditional Thai architecture and modern tropical design, featuring lofty wooden ceilings, gleaming dark wood decor, natural materials and Buddhist accents.
It also assures privacy and comfort for every guest, thanks to its generous sleeping quarters, grand bathrooms fitted with both outdoor or rain showers and large bathtubs, as well as amazing views of the ocean.
The 20m terrace is perfect for entertaining, and the breathtaking views overlooking the villa's lush landscape garden, outdoor BBQ facilities are available for al fresco dining, and the 19.5m infinity swimming pool towards Fisherman's Village & the Bay.
The walk-through the entrance area with its solid wood carved door and water features gives away the atmosphere from the first step into the villa. which comprises of 3 separate pavilions harmonized in a terraced compound setting with luxuriant and lush garden landscaping.
The smallest pavilion hosts one bedroom, the largest and main pavilion features the large living/dining/kitchen as well as the 20 meter terrace overlooking Bophut Bay on the first floor with 2 bedrooms occupying the ground floor. The third pavilion hosts the master bedroom and the 5th bedroom on the ground floor.
The layout of the property and the garden setting provide both ample privacy and comfort to everyone when desired and also allows great entertaining when opened up as a complete residence.
Each of the bedrooms has been designed to provide optimum comfort and privacy by featuring oversized sleeping area and grand bathrooms with both shower and a large bathtub. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV and DVD player and full length sliding doors with a view to the ocean.
The focus of attention at Ban Kinaree is centred on the large infinity-edge swimming pool, which reaches out to a stellar view of greenery and ocean. The pool Sala presents a full bar and BBQ , one may also indulge in the privacy of the Jacuzzi attached to the pool.

The overall experience was pleasant. A picturesque location with a stunning view of the seashore overlooking the vastness of the ocean imbibed with a tranquil experience, sketching a perfect relaxing getaway. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. A special shoutout to the manager for expediting all important tasks in a very coordinated way.

We loved our stay in Koh Samui. The villa was incredible and the staff were so
friendly, attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back and we would highly
recommend to anyone wanting a great villa in a great spot.
CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel the whole or any part of the booking by the Guests, TLN must be notified in writing in advance (email is acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the date of the written confirmation is received by TLN.
The following cancellation charges will be applied depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing by TLN and the period of stay in the Villa by the Guests:

3.1 Amendments
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if TLN cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of TLN. An early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with TLN local Representative’s Manager.
Bophut is a popular area to stay with beach villas and exclusive panoramic view villas located on the hillside waiting to welcome you for a fabulous Koh Samui holiday.
The area is most famous for the beachside Old Fisherman's Village offering a host of dining options serving international cuisine as well as delicious Thai food, cocktail bars, Sports bars and a number of chic coffee outlets to sit and people watch. There is also plenty of tourist shopping, tour shops massage shops in addition to the beach and a watersports centre.
There is a "Walking Street Night Market " four times a week on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 4.30 - 10.30pm attracting a great number of visitors from all over the island.
