Villa Frangipani is an elegant and luxurious beachfront property on the north coast, accommodating up to 10 guests in utmost comfort. Designed to assure total privacy, the villa is arranged in separate pavilions, framing the centerpiece sea-facing swimming pool.
Past the impressive entrance with an ornamental pond and waterfall, the living pavilion features vaulted ceilings and comfortable lounge, which opens onto the pool and sea views.
On one side of the pool, a pavilion comprises two twin bedrooms, each with a TV and en-suite bathroom with shower.
An adjacent garden with an outdoor bathroom leads to the next pavilion, which houses the dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen features an island breakfast bar, and can be closed off by foldaway doors. The dining room has a vaulted ceiling, and paneled walls, and is separated by a water feature from an additional al-fresco dining area.
On the opposite side of the pool is a pavilion containing 3 en-suite double bedrooms. The first bedroom is separated by a garden from the next bedroom, which has an indoor-outdoor shower room. An alcove with sun-loungers leads to the beachfront master bedroom. The master suite has a double bed, lounge area, a walk-in dressing area with an en-suite bathroom with shower and an oversized bath tub. The master suite opens on to a furnished verandah and sea views beyond.
The pool is surrounded by a grass border, and fragrant frangipani trees. A private gated entrance leads to the beach.

Last week, we traveled with a group of 25 (adults), spread among 3 Miskawaan villas- Frangipani was my personal home base, and it was delightful. Tai, our villa's manager, and her team, were so kind and friendly, and always available for us. At one point, our unit's air conditioner failed, I texted Tai about it, and she was back at the villa with someone who fixed it within minutes. The food was great- I especially miss the fresh fruit and coconut jelly... The staff (at all 3 villas) went out of their way to celebrate 3 birthdays (each a cake, and a bed decorated with flowers). The beach was nice, and couldn't be easier to access- the water was like a warm salt bath. The pool was also nice. The massages at Miskawaan were so good. It's a bit of a trek to the main downtown area (40 minute van ride, which were very easy to set up service for), but there were a few walkable bars and restaurants around, and a night market one of the nights. I want to go back! :)
CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
The client must notify the resort in writing (email acceptable) in case it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking. Such cancellation will take affect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay in the property
High, Intermediate and prime seasons 14 days before arrival date:
Forfeiture of all deposits shall be subject to be credited for 12 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the results reservation department. Such credit can be used by the client or anyone on the clients behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the property initially reserved
Within 14 days of arrival date:
All payments will be forfeited
Maenam is a working village with a small choice of restaurants and sports bars but very little tourist shopping.An International Championship golf course with viewpoint restaurant is located in the hills and the beautiful 5km long sandy quiet beach is bordered by a mix of rustic Thai bungalow restaurants, a few hotels and some beautiful luxury villas.
Activities include a watersports centre and a kiddies waterpark can also be found just outside the village. The area is less than 5 minutes to Bophut's Fisherman's village and 20 minutes to lively Chaweng.
