Baan Asan is a stunning villa situated on the beach in one of the most scenic and exclusive areas of Koh Samui in the quieter south west on the island overlooking the famous 'Five Islands' offering spectacular sea and sunset views.
Every thought has gone into this modern architectural stylish beachfront property accompanied by various Asian touches and has been a high priority for creating a practical and functional property for groups of friends, families and romantic couples to enjoy their vacation.
Whilst considered extremely luxurious the villa is child friendly and the main 20m swimming pool overflows into a smaller pool providing a paddling pool for children and there is a grassy area between the pool and the beach. A shady sala with sofa seating sits on the grass in front of the villa facing the beach. The grass pool surround is furnished with cushioned sun loungers and parasols.
Baan Asan's accommodation is spread over 5 pavilions.
Moving back from the beach there are 2 bedroom suites on either side of the 20m swimming pool being the main focus of the villa. Each of the 4 bedrooms have been stylishly themed in a different colour (green, red, brown and blue) to represent the Chinese elements of Earth, Fire, Wood and Water. All the bedroom suites have a private terrace and the first bedroom suites closest to the beach have an additional feature of a separate children's room with bunk beds and a private shower if required. The children's room can be accessed from the main bedroom or from poolside.
Towards the rear of the pool steps either side of a water feature lead up to a terrace and the main vast living pavilion which stretches across the width of the property. The vast open plan living area is quite striking and extraordinary with white walls, dark coloured floor tiles and the floor to ceiling wall of glass which opens to picture perfect view down through the villa and the sea beyond.
At the rear of the living area and near the entrance to the villa a door leads to a TV den on one side a state of the art contemporary kitchen on the other side beyond which is a Thai style kitchen area for the staff to prepare meals without being obtrusive. The remainder of the room is furnished with eye catching designer furniture with accessories positioned to separate the lounge and dining areas and complimented by futuristic fans and lights seen suspended from the high vaulted ceiling.
An incredible floating staircase leads up to a mezzanine floor situated above the TV den and kitchen and accommodates a fully equipped gym with a glass wall to enjoy the views. A library and office area completes the accommodation on this level.
The next level of this pavilion takes you to the breathtaking master suite which is unbelievably spacious and well styled. The suite extends over the entire floor with a large balcony offering spectacular sea views and a sumptuous en suite bathroom. A corridor leads to a door to a separate kitchen and a floating wall separates a lounge area with high end audio/visual equipment from the bedroom.

Our description of Baan Asan?
Open, quiet and peaceful, simple and chic, decorated with taste. The sound of water from the three black vasques along with the infinite swimming pool ending on the sea gave us a feeling of serenity and freedom.
As soon as the wooden front door opens you are amazed by the breath-taking view framed by the scattered palm trees and the luxurious private villas on each side with the ocean in the back for a complete immersion with nature...Its as if you are entering a painting.
The lovely crew is devoted and caring, making your stay an unforgettable moment.
The cuisine is exquisite. The cook, Khun Det, prepares you the most delicious and very tasty traditional local Thai food and original fresh juices with fruits of the season at breakfast. Your tastebuds will be wonderfully surprised.
The manager, Khun Chat, with his sweet, humble and devoted personality, is full of original ideas, answering your every request with an unlimited kindness.
Khun Ann and khun Ruen, the couple, are taking care of Baan Asan with a thorough attention, making the place look lovely at all times.

ALTERATION & CANCELLATONS BY THE GUESTS
If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, IPSL must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
Standard and Peak Seasons: 30 days or more before arrival date: All Payments are forfeited but credited for 9 month from the date of the cancellation confirmation by IPSL reservation department. The credit value can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation, during any period upon availability and solely for the villa initially reserved. Within 30 days of arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that IPSL secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial cancelled reservation. Christmas and New year Period:For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment, all payments are forfeited and a full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that IPSL secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial and cancelled reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if IPSL cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of IPSL.
ALTERATIONS & CANCELLATIONS BY THE OWNER/VILLA MANAGEMENT
Though it is unlikely that IPSL will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, IPSL shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, but not inclusive, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable IPSL will endeavor to locate the Guests to an alternative property for the period required but no guarantee is given that this can be done. However, if this is not possible, or Guests do not wish to be transferred, IPSL will cancel the booking and refund in full, less any bank transfer charges, the amount paid to IPSL for the Villa. IPSL shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
