Perched on the rocky shoreline of Koh Samui's northeast coast within the prestigious Samujana estate, Villa 20 is a breathtaking contemporary retreat that sets the standard for oceanfront luxury on the island. Designed to frame and celebrate its extraordinary setting at every turn, this is one of those rare villas where the views never stop surprising you.
The vast private infinity pool at 20m x 10m is one of the largest on the island and stretches out towards the open ocean in spectacular fashion. The sunken living room overlooks the pool directly and is a wonderfully cool and relaxed space, with generous sofas, white sandstone floors and constant sea breezes drifting in from the water. The open plan kitchen and dining area flow naturally from the living space, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, ornamental ponds and a private lawn with views across to a neighbouring coconut grove.
Five spacious en suite bedrooms each have floor to ceiling windows and private terraces for uninterrupted ocean views. An additional bunk bedroom on the main level comfortably sleeps two children or teens. Bedrooms are flexibly configured, with one twin room convertible to a king and one triple room arrangeable as a king and single, making the villa ideal for mixed groups and families of all sizes.
The TV lounge comes equipped with a large plasma screen, surround sound system, sofas, beanbags and board games. A private gym with running machine, cross trainer and free weights sits alongside, and outdoor activities including table tennis, badminton, croquet and tennis rackets are all available. Guests also enjoy private access to the Little Lawn, a beautiful event space ideal for intimate celebrations or gatherings with the stunning coastline as a backdrop.
Villa 20 is one of Koh Samui's most sought after wedding and events venues, and can be combined with neighbouring Samujana villas to accommodate larger groups. Choeng Mon beach is five minutes away, Chaweng ten minutes and Fisherman's Village Bophut around fifteen minutes by car.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
The client must notify Samujana in writing (email acceptable) should it become necessary to cancel all or any part of a booking. Cancellations will take effect from the date written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges apply depending on when written notification is received:
Standard, Intermediate, Shoulder and High Seasons: 30 days or more before arrival: The deposit paid is non refundable. Within 30 days of arrival: All payments made are forfeited.
Prime and Peak Seasons (including Christmas and New Year): 45 days or more before arrival: The deposit paid is non refundable. Within 45 days of arrival: All payments made are forfeited.
If the villa management cancels a booking due to non payment of the balance, the above cancellation charges will also apply. Any request to change or amend dates may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. All amendments are subject to availability and approval by Samujana reservations.
PAYMENT TERMS
A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance of 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival, or 45 days prior to arrival for prime and peak season bookings.
Choeng Mon offers a perfect family holiday with something for every member of the family. The location has a stunning sandy beach that has swimming all year round and lined with rustic style restaurants with high end hotels at each end of the bay.
The village also has a great choice of restaurants together with the usual amenities. Nightlife is limited to dining out especially on the beach when there may be some entertainment.The location is just 10 minutes from popular Fisherman's Village and lively Chaweng.
