Perched on the prestigious Samujana hillside estate in Choeng Mon, Villa 11B is a striking 3 bedroom contemporary retreat with some of the most spectacular views on the island, sweeping down the east coast of Koh Samui all the way to Chaweng and Matlang Island.
The villa is arranged across two levels, entered from the private parking area via stone steps up to the main living floor. Here the open air living and dining area wraps around on three sides, blurring the line between inside and out in the best possible way. A generous seating area, a dining table for eight and a fully equipped kitchen all share this elevated space, kept cool by ceiling fans and the natural sea breeze drifting up from the coast below.
The private infinity pool runs along the front of this level with a timber deck, sun loungers and a sunken bench perfectly positioned for golden hour. Bedroom 1 is tucked alongside on this level with its own en suite bathroom, accessed via a walkway from the main living area.
The dedicated TV lounge is a real treat, fitted with a 50 inch TV, cable channels and a Sonos sound system loaded with an extensive library of films and music. A powder room with shower is also on this level.
On the lower ground floor, two further en suite bedrooms each have their own terrace, offering a little more privacy and a quieter retreat at the end of the day.
With Choeng Mon beach just minutes away and the buzz of Chaweng only ten minutes by car, Samujana Villa 11B offers the best of both worlds on this beautiful island.

We loved the villa however our 3 week stay was made exceptional by our Villa manager Honey.
Nothing was too much trouble, she took such incredible care of us.
We would give Honey a 10 star if that was possible.

The villa we stayed in was beautiful and very well maintained. Nok and Nuch were absolutely amazing and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a lovely relaxing holiday. They are genuinely wonderful people who work so hard and look after you so well. The breakfast we had every morning was delicious with fruit, fresh juices, coffee, full English breakfast, or vegetarian options (which were great) and toast and Jam – again they couldn’t do enough for us. I would highly recommend hiring a car as there’s lots to do nearby but not really in walking distance.

Excellent stay and great hospitality:) the breakfast served was very tasty and the carers were wonderful. Every detail was taken care of. The swimming pool is of a good length and the family enjoyed swimming.
CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
The client must notify Samujana in writing (email acceptable) should it become necessary to cancel all or any part of a booking. Cancellations will take effect from the date written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges apply depending on when written notification is received:
Standard, Intermediate, Shoulder and High Seasons: 30 days or more before arrival: The deposit paid is non refundable. Within 30 days of arrival: All payments made are forfeited.
Prime and Peak Seasons (including Christmas and New Year): 45 days or more before arrival: The deposit paid is non refundable. Within 45 days of arrival: All payments made are forfeited.
If the villa management cancels a booking due to non payment of the balance, the above cancellation charges will also apply. Any request to change or amend dates may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. All amendments are subject to availability and approval by Samujana reservations.
PAYMENT TERMS
A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance of 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival, or 45 days prior to arrival for prime and peak season bookings.
Choeng Mon offers a perfect family holiday with something for every member of the family. The location has a stunning sandy beach that has swimming all year round and lined with rustic style restaurants with high end hotels at each end of the bay.
The village also has a great choice of restaurants together with the usual amenities. Nightlife is limited to dining out especially on the beach when there may be some entertainment.The location is just 10 minutes from popular Fisherman's Village and lively Chaweng.
